Acesti termeni reglementeaza utilizarea site-ului alivia.studio/inside si participarea la evenimentele Inside, o serie de intalniri private pentru femei, in grupuri restranse. Prin inscrierea la un eveniment esti de acord cu acesti termeni. Daca nu esti de acord, te rugam sa nu te inscrii.
Inside este un eveniment privat cu locuri limitate, care include o secventa de miscare, o cina si o conversatie ghidata. Fiecare editie are propria identitate, locatie si data, comunicate inainte de inscriere. Detaliile pot varia de la o editie la alta.
Locurile se ocupa in urma unui mesaj privat, in limita disponibilitatii. Grupurile sunt mici, de aproximativ 10 persoane. Inscrierea este confirmata dupa efectuarea platii, in ordinea primirii, pana la ocuparea locurilor.
Participarea se achita in avans, prin transfer bancar in contul indicat la punctul 1 sau printr-o alta modalitate agreata in scris. Locul este rezervat ferm doar dupa confirmarea platii. Pretul valabil este cel comunicat pentru editia respectiva la momentul inscrierii.
Contravaloarea participarii este nerambursabila.
Daca nu poti ajunge, locul tau este transferabil catre o alta persoana sau, dupa caz, catre o editie ulterioara, in limita acordului nostru comun si a disponibilitatii. Te rugam sa ne anunti din timp ca sa gasim cea mai buna solutie.
Daca noi anulam sau reprogramam o editie din motive care tin de organizator, iti oferim fie participarea la o editie ulterioara, fie returnarea integrala a sumei achitate, la alegerea ta.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a aduce modificari rezonabile programului, locatiei, furnizorilor sau meniului, pastrand caracterul si calitatea experientei. Te vom informa din timp asupra oricaror schimbari relevante.
Participarea la secventa de miscare se face pe propria raspundere, in functie de starea ta fizica. Miscarea este despre proces si relaxare, nu despre performanta, si nu necesita experienta. Te rugam sa ne comunici inainte de eveniment orice alergie, intoleranta alimentara sau problema de sanatate relevanta.
Ne dorim un spatiu bazat pe respect si confidentialitate intre participante. Ne rezervam dreptul de a nu accepta sau de a solicita parasirea evenimentului in cazul unui comportament care afecteaza siguranta sau confortul celorlalte participante.
Continutul site-ului si al conceptului Inside, respectiv texte, imagini, identitate vizuala si design, apartine Alivia Studio si este protejat de lege. Nu poate fi copiat sau folosit fara acordul nostru scris.
La unele editii pot fi realizate fotografii sau filmari in scop de arhiva si promovare. Daca nu doresti sa aparai in acestea, ne poti anunta inainte sau in timpul evenimentului si vom respecta preferinta ta.
Depunem eforturi rezonabile pentru ca informatiile de pe site sa fie corecte si actuale, dar nu garantam absenta erorilor. Nu raspundem pentru indisponibilitatea temporara a site-ului sau pentru daune indirecte rezultate din utilizarea acestuia.
Pentru reclamatii te poti adresa Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, ANPC, anpc.ro. Te incurajam insa sa ne contactezi intai direct, ca sa gasim impreuna o solutie pe cale amiabila.
Acesti termeni sunt guvernati de legea romana. Eventualele litigii vor fi solutionate de instantele competente din Romania.

These terms govern the use of the website alivia.studio/inside and participation in Inside events, a series of private gatherings for women in small groups. By signing up for an event you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.
Inside is a private event with limited places, including a movement sequence, a dinner and a guided conversation. Each edition has its own identity, location and date, communicated before registration. Details may vary from one edition to another.
Places are filled following a private message, subject to availability. Groups are small, around 10 people. Registration is confirmed after payment, in the order received, until places are full.
Participation is paid in advance, by bank transfer to the account listed in section 1 or by another method agreed in writing. Your place is firmly reserved only after payment is confirmed. The applicable price is the one communicated for that edition at the time of registration.
The participation fee is non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, your place is transferable to another person or, where applicable, to a later edition, subject to our mutual agreement and availability. Please let us know in good time so we can find the best solution.
If we cancel or reschedule an edition for reasons on the organiser's side, we offer you either a place at a later edition or a full refund of the amount paid, at your choice.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, location, suppliers or menu, while keeping the character and quality of the experience. We will inform you in good time of any relevant changes.
Taking part in the movement sequence is at your own responsibility, according to your physical condition. The movement is about process and relaxation, not performance, and requires no experience. Please tell us before the event about any allergy, food intolerance or relevant health condition.
We aim for a space based on respect and confidentiality among participants. We reserve the right to decline participation or ask someone to leave the event in case of behaviour that affects the safety or comfort of the other participants.
The content of the website and of the Inside concept, namely texts, images, visual identity and design, belongs to Alivia Studio and is protected by law. It may not be copied or used without our written consent.
At some editions, photos or video may be taken for archive and promotion. If you prefer not to appear in these, you can let us know before or during the event and we will respect your preference.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. We are not liable for the temporary unavailability of the site or for indirect damages resulting from its use.
For complaints you may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC, anpc.ro. We encourage you, however, to contact us directly first so we can find an amicable solution together.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
